Home Staging Services
Staging Consultation
Dezigner Digz™ will assess the outside of your home for curb appeal. From there, we will meet with you and carefully review each room noting the positives and negatives as we go along. Photos will be taken of each room to assist with the final report. These photos will not be used for any marketing purposes without your prior permission. A room-by-room report will be prepared off-site with detailed recommendations included. Reports are generally completed within 2-4 business days. If you are in need of a faster turnaround time, we will do our best to expedite the report.
Cost: Starting at $175.00
Staging Implementation
At this point, it is up to you to decide whether or not you are comfortable performing the recommendations set out in the consultation report yourself. If you are, then our job is over. If, however, you would prefer us to follow through on your behalf with all of the recommendations, we would be more than happy to do so. Another option is to carry out some of the work yourself and hire us to do the rest. You have the choice.

Rentals
Dezigner Digz™ uses only quality props and accessories when staging your property. These items are available to you at a reasonable monthly rental cost. Larger pieces such as couches and dining room sets will be chosen on your behalf by Dezigner Digz™ and rented through an outside source on a monthly basis. We believe that rentals are a more practical and cost effective approach than purchasing new furniture and/or accessories, unless you are planning on using them at your new home.
Open House Enhancements
Once your home has been staged, you are encouraged to maintain the look. As many families lead such busy lives, you may not always be able to keep up the staged presence of your home. If that is the case, you may want to consider our touch-up service. On the morning of your open house, we will stop by and make sure that everything is as it should be for your big day. There are many things that you can do to make your home more appealing to open house attendees. One thing that often gets overlooked at open houses is music. It may seem like an item that is unimportant; however, music chosen wisely can set the stage for your open house. Relocation Service
The moving truck has just arrived at your new home and now you have a dilemma. Where do you place your furniture and accessories? We will help you decide on the best furniture layout based on your lifestyle and needs. We will also assist you in accessorizing your new space. You staged your old home to sell it, why not stage your new home and make it a place that you will love living in!
